Trying to use it and pushing it forward and pulling back on it, the handle seems to bend forward and back. I have pushed and pushed and even smacked the top of the handle hoping to force it over the snaps and still cannot get it down far enough so the one little screw in the back of the handle is the only thing holding it together.
