I read a lot on forums about the model.I also had one in 1980 and loved it, Now i have just acquired a new one Still performs beautifully, but i would like to use another Cartridge, heavier. I don't see any way of adding a screw in extra weight like you could of on previous 505's, is there one ?? OR do i have need to stick a coin on the rear. Also i read where someone had many headshells so you could interchange easily. I ordered one of those headshells only to discover my Dual has fixed wire going through the headshell. you cannot use that detachable system.So are there variants in the Dual 505-4 series ,this unit is new? Any help welcomed
